Yep the fruits are stilling ripening and we are welcoming pickers out to the farm every weekend now. This weekend pickers are filling up containers of blackberries and baskets of apples, cucumbers, summer squash and more.
Soon we'll also have Asian pears, tomatoes, figs and maybe even peppers and basil for the picking. We are taking appointments for picking on Friday, Saturday and Sundays...maybe even a week night if we have enough available, so its always worth asking. We plan to host pickers for the next month or more until there just isn't enough left to pick. For anyone interested in picking large amounts for making preserves or cooking for a party, we happily give reduced prices for large quantities.
